in production agriculture and business management. Retired as Vice-President of International Sales for Seminis, he led the
team to increase Asian sales seven fold in two years through internal growth and company acquisitions. Jakob served as Executive
Director of Asgrow from 1993 to 1996, where he led profitable company growth through internal expansion and external company
acquisitions.

in Asia, worked and traveled in over 20 countries, possesses training, motivational, and organizational skills.
With
experience in both vegetable and field crops, Hoyle has successfully directed global seed production programs in many different
environments for over three decades. Widely experienced in Asia, he also served Asgrow in Europe, South America, and South
Africa. Retired from Seminis Vegetable Seed as Director, Asia Production, Julian is well focused on creating quantity and
quality of product.
