Sarina Pattar

Executive Assistant

Sarina has worked in the startup world for a little over a decade in the healthcare technology space. She primarily focused on strategic operations and process improvements and was particularly interested in companies looking to disrupt the ever-daunting US Healthcare system. Beginning her career at One Medical, she helped build out the Pediatric and Women’s health programs. Later, she went on to help support the Mental Health and Primary Care programs onsite at Google. During the pandemic, Sarina worked at two Mental Health startups where she built out business operations from the ground up and found purpose in providing greater access to mental health for patients all over the United States. Most notably, she helped define and strategize core business needs with streamlined processes so Providers could focus on patient care. Her most recent position as Chief of Staff to the CEO at EasyHealth, allowed her to support the CEO in executing on key business functions.

Sarina has a passion for teams looking to provide greater access and education to individuals. She was drawn to Next Legacy’s intersection of sports and venture, and the opportunities provided to passionate individuals looking to change the world! Sarina is excited to be working on the other side of startups in the Venture Capital space, supporting John, and looks forward to optimizing internal workflows and processes so we as a team can put our best foot forward and serve our population in the best way possible!

Sports has been a huge part of Sarina’s life growing up. Not only as a player and fan but also as a human in the lessons she learned, which have carried over to her personal and professional life. She played state-level soccer growing up, and continues her passion for sports playing in adult leagues. She has a B.S. in Biological Sciences from UCLA and was born and raised in California. Outside of work, you can find her golfing, going to spin classes, Bhangra/Bollywood dancing, getting lost in a book, sipping on local wines, or cooking and trying out new recipes!”
